2. Is the editing service available 24/7?
Our team is available to you Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm! You can still record and upload your videos any day or time you'd like and we will aim to provide you with the quickest turnaround time possible.
3. What is the video turnaround time?
Your video will be edited and returned to you within 60 minutes after you finish uploading all of your video clips.
4. . Do I have to deliver my message in a single take?
Not at all! You can feel free to deliver your video message at your own pace. We do the hard work for you by editing out any mistakes, leaving you with a seamless video!
